BERGMAN MOUNTAIN HOTEL
Zermatt
Based on the design by architect Roberto Montegrandi, the turnkey project by the Contract office produced furniture and upholstery for rooms, suites and common areas of the Bergman Mountain Hotel, built and facing the Matterhorn ski resort.
The reception desk and the bar counter were made with a wooden structure and metal top lit by LEDs mounted around the perimeter of the structures to highlight their geometric design.
The restaurant area was fitted with four furniture elements for the buffet service, tables, chairs and benches.
Gamba produced the upholstery for the lounge area, creating a mountain atmosphere.
The rooms and suites with a view of the Matterhorn were fully furnished, from large wardrobes with open compartments to corner sofas complete with decorative cushions.
The contemporary design of the furnishing was in harmony with the timelessness of the 250-thread satin Gamba bedlinen decorated with beige cordonnet hems, echoing the colours of the headboards decorated with geometric patterns and the bed frames.
The bathrooms included personalised bathrobes, white terry towelling linen finished with a PIQUET border and with CORDONNET embroidery, combined with the slippers chosen for the wellness area personalised with a customer label sewn onto the base of the slipper.
